We’ve felt the pains of a wide variety of incident response scenarios from both small and large organizations.

We built Aptible AI first and foremost to help with our own processes. As it became clear that the solution was a universally useful one for on-call engineers, we began developing it further so that other organizations could benefit from automating root cause analysis as well.

As an organization, our ultimate goal is to empower developers to focus on their ideas, not their infrastructure.
